Product Selection & Compatibility
Choose by target pest, placement, service method and sales channel before discussing color or packaging.
How do I choose the right pest control product for my market?
Start with the target pest, placement, control method, local rules and buyer type. Tell us whether the product is for professional service routes, retail shelves, e-commerce or wholesale distribution; we can then shortlist existing models and identify where samples or local testing are needed.
Can CNPestech help an importer or distributor build a complete product range?
Yes. We can group compatible rodent, insect, live-capture, mole and service-tool products into a practical opening range. The recommendation is based on your target customers, market price levels, preferred pack sizes and expected annual demand, rather than simply listing every available model.
Are bait, rodenticide, pheromone lures or glue inserts included with the product?
Only when the quotation and product specification explicitly say so. Many stations and traps are supplied as devices without pesticide, bait or lure. Regulated active ingredients must be sourced, registered, labeled and used according to the destination market's requirements.
Can one model be used indoors, outdoors and in food-handling sites?
Not automatically. Suitability depends on the model, material, mounting method, monitoring or control method, exposure conditions and applicable label directions. Food-handling environments also require a site-specific pest-management plan and controls that prevent contamination.
Can I review samples and product documents before placing an order?
For available models, we can confirm sample options and provide the documents currently available for that SKU, such as a specification, sell sheet or instruction. Customized artwork, color, packaging or tooling samples follow a separate approval stage and may require setup charges.
Range control and repeat supply
Importers, Distributors & Brand Owners
Questions that affect market entry, documentation, brand consistency and long-term supply.
How do you support importers launching products in a new market?
We first confirm the destination, channel, target users, packaging language, expected volume and compliance information requested by the buyer. We can then recommend existing models, samples, packaging formats and an order sequence that reduces unnecessary tooling and inventory risk.
Can you maintain our brand specifications across repeat orders?
Yes, after the approved reference is documented. Repeat-order control can include product model, material or color reference, logo position, artwork revision, pack configuration, carton mark and agreed inspection points. Buyers should identify artwork changes by revision number to prevent obsolete files being reused.
Which commercial and export documents can you provide?
Depending on the order and shipping arrangement, documents can include the commercial invoice, packing list, carton details, product specification and available inspection or material records. Certificates of origin, declarations or other destination-specific documents must be confirmed before quotation because availability, issuer and cost vary.
Can packaging and manuals be localized for different countries?
Yes. We can place buyer-approved translated text, warnings, symbols, importer details, barcodes and instructions into suitable packaging formats. The importer or brand owner must approve the final language and verify that mandatory claims, marks and local legal information are correct for each destination.
Who owns the brand artwork and custom tooling?
Your trademarks and buyer-supplied artwork remain yours. Ownership, storage, maintenance and permitted use of any paid custom mold, die or printing plate should be stated in the quotation or tooling agreement before work begins. Existing CNPestech product tooling remains the manufacturer's property unless a written agreement says otherwise.
Can you offer territorial exclusivity or a protected model?
Exclusivity is not automatic. It may be discussed for suitable projects based on the model, market, forecast, annual commitment, customization investment and existing customer obligations. Any protected territory, term, performance condition and excluded channel must be defined in a separate written agreement.
Make the product market-ready
OEM & Private Label
Model-specific branding, product configuration and packaging support for commercial programs.
What logo methods are available?
Depending on the product material and surface, options may include labels, silk-screen printing, pad printing or selected embossed and molded marks. Availability, print area, color count, tooling and MOQ are confirmed for the specific model after artwork review.
Can you customize product colors, materials or configurations?
Selected plastic colors, metal finishes, accessories, internal inserts and pack combinations can be reviewed. A color reference does not by itself guarantee an exact production match, so critical colors should be approved with a physical or production sample and an agreed tolerance.
Can you create private-label packaging, manuals and warning labels?
Yes. Supported formats can include retail boxes, labels, inserts, instruction sheets, display packs and export cartons. We prepare production artwork from the buyer's approved brand assets and text; the buyer remains responsible for the accuracy of claims, translations, warnings and market-specific legal content.
Should I modify an existing model or develop a new mold?
Use an existing model when the core function already fits and differentiation can be achieved through color, branding, accessories or packaging. New tooling is more appropriate when the structure, dimensions or mechanism must change and the forecast can justify development cost, validation time and minimum production volume.
What information is needed for an accurate OEM quote?
Send the product name or SKU, destination country, expected quantity, annual forecast, required logo method, color reference, packaging format, target delivery date and any compliance or marketplace requirements. Artwork files and a reference pack help us identify costs and feasibility more accurately.
Products for service routes
Professional Pest Control Operators
Practical customization for identification, inspection, secure placement and facility records.
Can products be customized for professional pest-control service routes?
Selected models can support route-oriented details such as unique device IDs, inspection-label areas, customer or branch color coding, keyed access, mounting features, route packs and replacement accessories. The exact options depend on the model, production method and order quantity.
Can station numbers, QR codes or barcodes be added?
Yes, on suitable labels or print areas. We can print buyer-supplied numbering, barcodes or QR codes after a sample scan test. A QR code can encode a URL or identifier supplied by the buyer, but CNPestech does not provide pest-management route software or host the operator's inspection database.
Can selected bait stations use keyed-alike locks and replacement keys?
Selected station families can be reviewed for keyed-alike supply, replacement keys and route-service accessories. Key compatibility must be confirmed by model and production batch; it should not be assumed across unrelated station designs.
Can products be configured for food plants, restaurants and warehouses?
We can recommend models designed for easy inspection, cleaning, secure mounting and clear identification, plus selected non-toxic monitoring configurations. Final device selection, placement and control method must be set by the professional operator or the facility's risk assessment, local requirements and any pesticide label directions.
Are your bait stations tamper-resistant or weather-resistant?
These are model-specific claims, not a blanket claim for every station. We use tamper-resistant, never tamper-proof. Locking, anchoring, bait retention, exposure conditions and available testing or evaluation evidence must be reviewed for the selected model and intended use.
What documentation can support a customer or facility audit?
Depending on the SKU and order, we can provide product specifications, instructions, sell sheets, packing information, batch inspection records and available material or test reports. Service maps, device logs and treatment records belong to the pest-management provider; pesticide labels and SDS documents must come from the registered pesticide supplier.
Can CNPestech specify device spacing and inspection frequency?
No universal spacing or frequency is correct for every site. These decisions depend on pest pressure, building layout, food-safety program, risk assessment, local rules, pesticide label directions and the professional operator's documented plan. We can provide product dimensions and installation information, not replace the site assessment.
Marketplace-ready preparation
Amazon Sellers & FBA
Packaging and labeling support with clear boundaries around seller-owned account and shipment data.
Can you prepare pest control products for Amazon FBA?
Yes, when the seller provides the current marketplace requirements, active SKU mapping and approved files. Support may include unit packaging, barcode-label application, set preparation, retail inserts, carton marks and shipment packing. Final requirements must be checked in the seller's own Seller Central account before production.
Can CNPestech create and apply FNSKU labels?
We cannot create or assign an FNSKU because it belongs to the seller's listing and account. We can print and apply the final FNSKU label PDF exported from Seller Central after the seller confirms the SKU-to-product mapping and approves a labeled sample.
Should I use a UPC or an FNSKU?
That depends on the seller's role, product and current Amazon barcode policy. As of August 2026, Brand Registry Brand Representatives may use a manufacturer barcode for eligible products that have one, while resellers generally need an Amazon barcode; products without a manufacturer barcode also need an Amazon barcode. Seller Central remains the final instruction for each SKU and marketplace.
Where should the Amazon barcode label be placed?
Place it on a smooth, flat, easily scannable surface, not across a corner, curve, seam or opening. When an Amazon barcode is required, other scannable product barcodes should be completely covered. The label must remain visible on the outside of any final bag or overpack.
Can you prepare polybags, retail boxes and Sold-as-Set bundles?
Yes, for suitable products. Multi-unit sets must be securely contained so they cannot separate and should carry a clear Sold as Set, Ready to Ship or equivalent notice when required. Bag, suffocation-warning, closure and packaging requirements must be confirmed for the active marketplace and product dimensions.
Can you develop retail packaging, inserts and manuals for Amazon?
Yes. We can support color boxes, labels, inserts, instructions and pack configurations using buyer-approved copy and artwork. The seller must confirm listing claims, language, warnings, barcode data, country-of-origin information and any marketplace or destination compliance requirements before printing.
Can you apply FBA carton and pallet labels?
Yes, after the seller or nominated forwarder creates the shipment in Send to Amazon and supplies the shipment-specific box or pallet labels with the final carton allocation. These labels should not be generated before the receiving plan and carton contents are fixed.
Can you ship directly to an Amazon fulfillment center?
We can prepare the goods and coordinate with the agreed freight forwarder under the confirmed Incoterm. The seller or its logistics provider remains responsible for importer-of-record arrangements, customs and tax obligations, appointments, final routing instructions and Amazon receiving compliance.
Can CNPestech guarantee Amazon receiving or Ships in Product Packaging eligibility?
No manufacturer can guarantee account, ASIN, receiving or SIPP approval. We can help develop suitable packaging, samples and available test evidence, but the seller must verify eligibility, enroll or certify where required, and follow the current instructions shown in Seller Central.
Commercial planning
MOQ, Samples & Quotation
What changes the starting quantity, sample path, price and schedule.
What is the MOQ?
MOQ varies by product, color, logo method, packaging and production setup. A standard bulk-packed item usually starts lower than a custom-color product with printed retail packaging. Send the SKU and required configuration for a confirmed quantity.
What types of samples are available?
Depending on the project, the sequence may include a standard stock sample, digital artwork proof, packaging mock-up, logo or color sample, prototype, tooling sample or pre-production sample. We will identify which stage is necessary instead of applying every sample type to every order.
What determines price and lead time?
The main factors are product model, quantity, material, finish, accessories, logo process, packaging complexity, tooling, inspection requirements and delivery terms. Lead time is confirmed after artwork, samples and order details are approved; estimates made before approval may change.
Evidence before claims
Quality, Testing & Compliance
Define the approved specification, inspection scope and destination responsibility before production.
How is product quality controlled?
Control starts with an approved model, specification, artwork and pack configuration. Depending on the product, inspections may cover materials or components, appearance, dimensions, assembly, function, logo position, packaging, quantity and carton readiness. Any project-specific test or sampling level should be agreed before the order.
Which test reports or material documents are available?
Availability differs by model, material and production history. Tell us the exact SKU, destination and document required so we can confirm whether an existing report is relevant, whether supplier documentation is available or whether new third-party testing must be quoted.
Who is responsible for product claims and local compliance?
CNPestech supplies according to the approved manufacturing specification and agreed documents. The importer, brand owner or seller must verify local registration, permitted claims, labeling, language, disposal, chemical restrictions, marketplace rules and end-use compliance. Regulated bait or pesticide claims require particular care and cannot be inferred from an empty station or trap.
From approved order to replenishment
Production, Export & Repeat Orders
Protect the approved configuration through packing, shipping and future replenishment.
Which shipping and export-packing options are available?
Options can include bulk packs, inner boxes, master cartons, pallets and buyer-specified carton marks. Shipment terms and responsibilities are set by the quotation and Incoterm. Special pallet, fumigation, labeling, consolidation or destination requirements should be declared before packing is finalized.
How do you maintain consistency for repeat orders?
We reference the confirmed SKU, approved samples or records, artwork revision, color or finish reference, pack configuration and inspection points. The buyer should identify any requested change in writing; using a new purchase order without flagging changes can cause avoidable differences.
Are replacement keys, inserts or spare parts available?
Selected models have replacement keys, bait trays, inserts, labels or other service parts. Availability and compatibility must be checked against the exact SKU and batch. For distributor programs, spare-part quantities can be planned with the main order to support after-sales service.
