Overfilled chambers have too little air space. Damp or incompatible material can bridge. A nozzle pressed against an obstruction may block. Rapid repeated puffs can release more dust than the void will retain. Using one duster for incompatible formulations without a validated cleaning procedure also creates contamination risk.
